The Glimpse Guides mobile app was created as a collection of city guides for parents who don’t want to give up dining in stylish restaurants, staying in luxury hotels or shopping at some of the most charming and exclusive boutiques in the world. We built a tremendous amount of functionality into this app and enjoyed working with the client on it. Some of the more popular features include GPS-enabled maps of each city, with locations of all recommendations including proximity to user’s current location, Specific itineraries, Current weather, The ability to save Favorites, Search for specific businesses. We integrated GoogleMaps and Weather API feeds for real-time directions and weather from the users' current location. Available for iOS.
Mcardles is a luxury florist in Greenwich, CT. 540 created a new website for Mcardles to display their extensive floral collections. The website, built on Magento, offers both in-store and delivery options. In addition to the eCommerce functions, the website offers a history on the store and photo galleries. The UX was designed to be clean and minimal allowing the floral arrangements to be the focus. All aspects of the website were optimized for mobile viewing and ordering.
